UNIQUE - Colossal Consumption: While within 700 units of an enemy champion, charges for 2.5 seconds before dealing a huge strike against the enemy champion. This charged attack deals bonus physical damage equal to 140 + 3.5% of maximum Health, and grants maximum Health equal to 15% of the damage dealt. The charge for each target has a 20-second cooldown.


UNIQUE - IMMOLATE: Deals 16-25 magic damage +0.8% bonus HP per second to nearby enemies. Damaging champions or epic monsters with Immolate increases its damage by 11% for 5s, stacking up to 4 times. Immolate deals 15% bonus damage to minions and monsters. UNIQUE - FLAME TOUCH: At max Immolate Stacks, attacks burn enemies around you for 50% of Immolate's damage over 3 seconds. Immolate deals 170% - 250% damage to minions and deals 130% damage to jungle monsters.

Entering combat generates one stack every second for the next 3 seconds. Additional stacks may be generated by re-entering combat after 2 seconds. After reaching 4 stacks, your next basic attack within 6 seconds against an enemy champion consumes all stacks to deal 2% of your maximum health in bonus magic damage, restore 2.5% of your maximum health, and permanently grant 10 bonus health. The empowered attack duration refreshes whenever going in combat. On ranged champions, all effects are reduced by 40%.


Gain 4% Armor and Magic Resist. For every 1 enemy champion nearby, gain an additional 3% Armor and Magic Resist. If the max number of enemy champions are nearby (max: 3), you also gain 20% Slow Resist.


Gain 5 health every 5 seconds. After taking damage from an enemy champion regenerate 6 (+2% of your missing health) over the next 5 seconds. This effect is doubled for melee champions.


When 1 monster or 2 minions are killed nearby, permanently gain 3 Max Health. Max Health can be increased indefinitely. Gains bonus 3% Max Health upon reaching 30 stacks.


When health is lower that 60%, attacks launched at enemy champions deal 5-11% bonus adaptive damage.

Passive: Dr. Mundo gains 15 / 20 / 25 / 30, plus up to 30 / 45 / 50 / 60 Attack Damage based on his missing health.Active: Empowers his next attack to deal an addition 5 / 20 / 35 / 50 (+5% HP) physical damage, increased by up to 60% based on Dr. Mundo's missing heath.Dr. Mundo swats the target away if it was killed or was a small monster, dealing the same damage to enemies.


Charges a defibrillator for 4 seconds, dealing 20 magic damage per second to nearby enemies.Re-cast: Detonates the defibrillator, dealing 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 (+5% bonus HP) magic damage to nearby enemies. If the detonation damaged an enemy, Dr. Mundo heals for 15% of the damage taken during Heart Zapper's duration. If it damaged a champion or monster he heals 30% / 35% / 40% / 45% instead.
